525.110 Desecration of venerated objects, second degree. (1) (2) A person is guilty of desecration of venerated objects in the second degree when he intentionally: (a) Desecrates any public monument or object or place of worship; or (b) Desecrates in a public place the national or state flag or other patriotic or religious symbol which is an object of veneration by the public or a substantial segment thereof. Desecration of venerated objects in the second degree is a Class A misdemeanor. Effective: July 14, 1992 History: Amended 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 420, sec. 3, effective July 14, 1992. --Amended 1988 Ky.
