524.110 Simulating legal process. (1) (2) A person is guilty of simulating legal process when he delivers or causes to be delivered to another a request for the payment of money on behalf of a creditor knowing that in form and substance it simulates any legal process issued by any court of this state. Simulating legal process is a Class B misdemeanor. Effective: January 1, 1975 History: Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 406, sec. 210, effective January 1, 1975.
