524.090 Jury tampering. (1) (2) A person is guilty of jury tampering when, with intent to influence a juror's vote, opinion, decision or other action in a case, he communicates or attempts to communicate, directly or indirectly, with a juror other than as a part of the proceedings in the trial of the case. Jury tampering is a Class D felony. Effective: July 15, 2002 History: Amended 2002 Ky. Acts ch. 251, sec. 5, effective July 15, 2002. -- Created 1974 Ky.
