511.070 Criminal trespass in the second degree. (1) (2) A person is guilty of criminal trespass in the second degree when he knowingly enters or remains unlawfully in a building or upon premises as to which notice against trespass is given by fencing or other enclosure. Criminal trespass in the second degree is a Class B misdemeanor. Effective: January 1, 1975 History: Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 406, sec. 102, effective January 1, 1975.
