500.030 Rule of construction. All provisions of this code shall be liberally construed according to the fair import of their terms, to promote justice, and to effect the objects of the law. Effective: January 1, 1975 History: Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 406, sec. 3, effective January 1, 1975.
