454.100 Effect of judgment. Such judgment shall authorize the same proceedings as judgments rendered in actions, and the confession shall operate as a release of errors. Effective: July 1, 1953 History: Transferred 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 84, sec. 1, effective July 1, 1953, from C.C. sec. 383.
