454.090 Procedure for confession of judgment. Any person may personally appear in a court of competent jurisdiction and, with the assent of a person having a cause of action against him, confess judgment therefore; whereupon judgment shall be entered accordingly. Effective: July 1, 1953 History: Transferred 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 84, sec. 1, effective July 1, 1953, from C.C. sec. 381.
