391.120 Descendants have equal rights. No tenant in common shall have any privilege over another in any election, division or matter to be done or made, concerning lands which have descended to them. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 1402.
