391.040 Descendants of distributees take per stirpes. When any or all of a class first entitled to inherit are dead, leaving descendants, such descendants shall take per stirpes the share of their respective deceased parents. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 1394.
