387.900 Court to determine whether trustee must file settlements. As part of the order by which the trust is created, the court shall determine whether the trustee of the special needs trust shall or shall not be required to file periodical settlements. Effective: July 12, 2012 History: Created 2012 Ky. Acts ch. 59, sec. 17, effective July 12, 2012.
