387.122 Certain assets subject to withdrawal only upon authorization of court. The District Court may direct that all or some part of the assets of a ward's estate be deposited in a bank, trust company, or insured savings and loan company authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth or in a single-premium deferred annuity, subject to withdrawal by the guardian or conservator only upon authorization of the District Court. Effective: July 13, 1990 History: Created 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 487, sec. 13, effective July 13, 1990.
