381.9123 Obligation of good faith. Every contract or duty governed by KRS 381.9101 to 381.9207 imposes an obligation of good faith in its performance or enforcement. Effective: January 1, 2011 History: Created 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 97, sec. 12, effective January 1, 2011.
