381.910 Planning and zoning. Whenever they deem it proper, the planning and zoning commission of any county or municipality may adopt supplemental rules and regulations governing a horizontal property regime established under KRS 381.805 to 381.910 in order to implement this program. History: Created 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 205, sec. 22.
