36.200 Inspection of military property. The adjutant general or such officers as he may designate shall inspect, at least once in each year or oftener if the Governor requires, all headquarters, arsenals, storehouses, armories, organizations, military property belonging to the state, and military property issued to the state by the United States. The inspectors shall render a detailed report to the adjutant general of the condition of same. History: Amended 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 127, sec. 11. -- Recodified 1942 Ky.
