355.1-304 Obligation of good faith. Every contract or duty within the Uniform Commercial Code imposes an obligation of good faith in its performance and enforcement. Effective: July 12, 2006 History: Created 2006 Ky. Acts ch. 242, sec. 18, effective July 12, 2006.
