355.1-101 Short titles. (1) (2) This chapter shall be known and may be cited as Uniform Commercial Code. This article may be cited as Uniform Commercial Code - General Provisions. Effective: July 12, 2006 History: Amended 2006 Ky. Acts ch. 242, sec. 1, effective July 12, 2006. -- Created 1958 Ky. Acts ch. 77, sec. 1-101, effective July 1, 1960.
