35.717 Burglary. Any person subject to the code who, with intent to commit an offense punishable under KRS 35.681, 35.685, 35.690, 35.692, 35.695, 35.700, 35.702, 35.705, 35.710, 35.712, and 35.715, breaks and enters, in the nighttime, the dwelling house of another, is guilty of burglary and shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
