35.580 Resistance, flight, breach of arrest, and escape. Any person subject to this code shall be punished as a court-martial may direct who: (1) Resists apprehension; (2) Flees from apprehension; (3) Breaks arrest; or (4) Escapes from custody or confinement. Effective: June 25, 2013 History: Amended 2013 Ky. Acts ch. 32, sec. 99, effective June 25, 2013. -- Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 56, sec. 72.
