35.474 Absence without leave. Any person subject to this code shall be punished as a court-martial directs who, without authority: (1) Fails to go to the appointed place of duty at the time prescribed; (2) Goes from that place; or (3) Absents himself or herself or remains absent from the unit, organization, or place of duty at which the person is required to be at the time prescribed. Effective: June 25, 2013 History: Repealed, reenacted, renumbered, and amended 2013 Ky. Acts ch. 32, sec. 90, effective June 25, 2013. -- Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 56, sec. 61.
