342.470 How notice may be given to insurance carrier. Whenever by this chapter any officer is required to give any notice to an insurance carrier, it may be given by delivery, or by mailing a registered letter properly addressed and stamped, to the principal office or chief agent of that insurance carrier within the state, or to its home office, or to the secretary, general agent or chief officer thereof in the United States.
