323A.180 Election of officers. The board shall elect a chairperson, secretary, and treasurer annually, or more frequently if required by the circumstances. The offices of secretary and treasurer may be held by the same person. Effective: July 15, 2014 History: Amended 2014 Ky. Acts ch. 90, sec. 11, effective July 15, 2014. -- Created 1972 Ky.
