31.085 Plans must comply with department's rules and regulations. All plans authorized by this chapter shall conform to all rules and regulations promulgated by the Department of Public Advocacy. Effective: July 15, 2002 History: Repealed, reenacted, renumbered, and amended 2002 Ky. Acts ch. 283, sec. 9, effective July 15, 2002. -- Amended 1978 Ky.
