304.3-330 Reports of past-due loans and loans in foreclosure to early warning analyst. (1) (2) Loans that are more than ninety (90) days past due shall be reported in writing by a domestic insurer to the early warning analyst created in KRS 304.2-065. Loans in foreclosure shall be reported to the early warning analyst in writing by a domestic insurer when the foreclosure action is initiated. Effective: July 15, 1994 History: Created 1994 Ky.
