304.3-241 Accounting practices and procedures for annual and quarterly statements. The annual statement and quarterly statements required by KRS 304.3-240 shall be completed in accordance with accounting practices and procedures which meet or exceed the accounting practices and procedures established by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. Effective: July 15, 1994 History: Amended 1994 Ky. Acts ch. 496, sec. 7, effective July 15, 1994. – Created 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 386, sec. 1, effective July 14, 1992.
