281.795 Venue. The Franklin Circuit Court shall hold concurrent venue with the courts of this Commonwealth of all civil and injunctive actions instituted by the department for the enforcement of this chapter and the orders, rules and regulations of the department thereunder. Effective: June 15, 1950 History: Created 1950 Ky. Acts ch. 63, sec. 46, effective June 15, 1950.
