281.728 Certain certificate holders not to hold themselves out as supplying other services. (1) (2) A holder of a taxicab, limousine, disabled persons vehicle, transportation network company, or U-Drive-It certificate shall not advertise or hold itself out as supplying any other services, unless the service is authorized by the carrier's certificate and the motor carrier vehicle in question meets the definition of the particular vehicle type being advertised or offered. Nothing in this section shall preclude the holder of a taxicab, limousine, TNC, disabled persons vehicle, or U-Drive-It certificate from operating a motor vehicle which meets the definition of more than one (1) type of motor carrier vehicle.
