281.626 U-Drive-It certificates. Any person who operates as a U-Drive-It and rents vehicles for less than sixty (60) days shall obtain a U-Drive-It certificate prior to beginning operations. Any person who operates as a U-Drive-It and rents or leases vehicles for sixty (60) days or more may obtain a U-Drive-It certificate Effective: June 24, 2015 History: Amended 2015 Ky.
