278.140 Report of gross earnings from intrastate business. To ascertain the amount of the assessment provided for in KRS 278.130, each utility shall, on or before March 31 of each year, file with the commission a report of its gross earnings or receipts derived from intrastate business for the preceding calendar year. Effective: July 15, 1982 History: Amended 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 82, sec. 18, effective July 15, 1982. -- Amended 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 379, sec. 20, effective April 1, 1979. -- Recodified 1942 Ky.
