237.126 Misrepresentation of having conducted training courses. (1) (2) A firearms instructor trainer or certified firearms instructor is guilty of not providing firearms training if he or she represents to the department that he or she has conducted training for a student firearms instructor or for an applicant in an applicant training course and has not, in fact, provided any such training. Not providing firearms training is a Class D felony. Effective: July 15, 2002 History: Created 2002 Ky. Acts ch. 368, sec. 6, effective July 15, 2002.
