237.090 Disposition of forfeited firearm or ammunition. Any firearm or ammunition forfeited pursuant to KRS 237.060 to 237.090 shall, upon order of a court of competent jurisdiction, be disposed of or retained as provided in KRS 500.090. Effective: July 15, 1998 History: Amended 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 606, sec. 126, effective July 15, 1998. -- Created 1994 Ky. Acts ch. 396, sec. 4, effective July 15, 1994.
