234.250 Prohibited use of tanks having common outlet on manifold. In the event that compartments of a tank vehicle are connected to a common outlet or manifold, no compartment so connected shall contain Class A liquids while any other compartment so connected contains Class B liquids. Effective: June 17, 1954 History: Created 1954 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 6, effective June 17, 1954.
