234.210 Sales of certain liquids prohibited. No person shall have for sale, sell, give or deliver to another any product known, advertised, sold or offered for sale as kerosene, coal oil, fuel oil, stove oil, range oil, furnace oil, distillate or diesel fuel, or by a trade name commonly identified with any such product, unless the product constitutes a Class B liquid.
