224.46-525 Application of KRS 224.1-400(18) to (21) to hazardous waste regulated unit closure plans. The cabinet shall consider hazardous waste regulated unit closure plans in a manner consistent with KRS 224.1-400(18) to (21) to the extent these proposals do not conflict with state hazardous waste statutes or administrative regulations, federal statutes, or federal regulations and are otherwise protective of human health and the environment. Effective: July 15, 1994 History: Created 1994 Ky. Acts ch. 429, sec. 1, effective July 15, 1994.
