224.43-370 Invalidity of contracts for solid waste management when in conflict with chapter. Each contract or renewal of existing contract for solid waste management in the Commonwealth shall be void to the extent that it conflicts with any provisions of this chapter. Effective: February 26, 1991 History: Created 1991 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 12, sec. 48, effective February 26, 1991. Formerly codified as KRS 224.8905.
