224.18-785 Supplementary agreements with Tennessee. The Governor is authorized to enter into supplementary agreements with the State of Tennessee for the regulation and abatement of water pollution in areas and river basins common to the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the State of Tennessee, and may take such supplementary action as may be necessary to make any such supplementary agreement effective as between the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the State of Tennessee. History: Created 1958 Ky. Acts ch. 44, sec. 4. Formerly codified as KRS 224.200, and also previously codified as KRS 220.552.
