224.18-210 Interstate commissioners -- Appointment -- Duties. Pursuant to Article III of the compact set forth in KRS 224.18-200, the Governor shall appoint four (4) commissioners in addition to the secretary of the Energy and Environment Cabinet as members of the Interstate Air Pollution Control Commission. The commissioners shall promulgate rules and regulations to carry out more effectively the terms of the compact. The commissioners shall cooperate with all cabinets, agencies, and officers of and in the government of this state and its subdivisions in facilitating the proper administration of the compact and all such cabinets, agencies, and officers shall cooperate with the commissioners.
