223.447 Fees for water well driller certification. (1) (2) (3) (4) An applicant for a water well driller certification shall be subject to a fee by the cabinet of twenty-five dollars ($25). An applicant to take a water well driller's certification examination shall be subject to a fee by the cabinet of forty dollars ($40). An applicant for a water well driller's certification, upon notification by the cabinet that all requirements have been met for certification, shall be subject to a certification fee by the cabinet of one hundred dollars ($100) for initial certification. An applicant for a water well driller's certificate renewal shall be subject to a renewal fee by the cabinet of one hundred dollars ($100). Effective: July 13, 1990 History: Created 1990 Ky.
