223.080 Unregistered person not to hold himself out as registered environmental health specialist. No person not registered under the provisions of this chapter shall hold himself out as a registered environmental health specialist nor append to his name the initials "E.H.S." or "R.S.". Effective: July 14, 1992 History: Amended 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 309, sec. 9, effective July 14, 1992. -- Created 1960 Ky. Acts ch. 102, sec. 8, effective July 1, 1960.
