223.060 Reciprocal registration agreements with other states. The cabinet is authorized to enter into reciprocal agreements with other states having a registered environmental health specialist's or sanitarian's act or its equivalent, if the qualifications of that state are at least equal to the requirements of this chapter and the regulations promulgated hereunder. Effective: July 14, 1992 History: Amended 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 309, sec. 7, effective July 14, 1992. -- Created 1960 Ky. Acts ch. 102, sec. 6, effective July 1, 1960.
