213.126 Preservation of vital records. To preserve vital records, the cabinet may prepare typewritten, photographic, electronic, or other reproductions of certificates or reports of the vital statistics program. The reproductions, when certified by the state registrar, shall be accepted in the same manner as the original records. Effective: July 13, 1990 History: Created 1990 Ky.
