189A.130 Assessment of fines -- Response to nonpayment. Fines levied pursuant to this chapter shall be assessed in the manner required by KRS 534.020 (but in amounts consistent with this chapter) and the response to nonpayment of fines shall be governed by KRS 534.020 and 534.060. Effective:June 29, 2017 History: Amended 2017 Ky. Acts ch. 158, sec. 11, effective June 29, 2017. -Created 1984 Ky. Acts ch. 165, sec. 20(24), effective July 13, 1984.
