189.233 Regulation of traffic on state highways. The secretary of transportation may, by official order, assume the responsibility for regulating traffic and parking on streets accepted as a part of the state highway system, and may contract with the city or a joint city-county agency for the performance of this function. History: Created 1964 Ky. Acts ch. 35, sec. 1.
