184.130 Lien of assessments. The assessment made by the board of directors against each owner of property abutting upon the road improvement shall be and become a lien on the property of such owner and shall be prior and superior to all other liens except those of taxes. History: Created 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 65, sec. 13.
