180.340 Oath of collector of tolls -- Approval and filing. Every collector of tolls upon any bridge or ferry owned or operated by the state shall, before entering upon the discharge of his duties, take and subscribe to the constitutional oath of office. The oath shall be executed either before the county judge/executive of the county in which the collector resides, or in the office of the department, and shall be approved by the commissioner of highways. The original or a certified copy of the oath shall be duly filed and entered of record in the office of the department. Effective: June 17, 1978 History: Amended 1978 Ky.
