17.566 Use of "approved provider" designation restricted. Only persons approved under KRS 17.500 to 17.580 and 17.991 may be known as approved providers in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, or use any words or letters or assume any titles or description tending to convey the impression that they are approved providers.
