16.045 Appointment of deputy commissioner. The commissioner may appoint a deputy commissioner. The appointee shall have peace officer authority only if that appointee is a current or honorably retired member of the Kentucky State Police. Effective:March 30, 2016 History: Created 2016 Ky.
