154.47-050 Design, development, use, and sale of Kentucky-made furniture and other wood products by Kentucky Department of Parks. The Kentucky Department of Parks of the Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet shall, whenever practicable: (1) Develop and design Kentucky-made furniture for use in state parks; (2) Make state parks facilities living showrooms for Kentucky furniture and other wood products; and (3) Establish retail showrooms where Kentucky-made furniture and other wood products can be displayed for sale to, or order by, park visitors. Legislative Research Commission Note (6/20/2005). 2005 Ky. Acts chs. 11, 85, 95, 97, 98, 99, 123, and 181 instruct the Reviser of Statutes to correct statutory references to agencies and officers whose names have been changed in 2005 legislation confirming the reorganization of the executive branch. Such a correction has been made in this section.
