149.425 Warning signs on highway. The state Department of Highways is authorized to purchase and erect warning signs along the roads and highways of this state advising the public of the provisions of subsection (1) of KRS 149.370 and the penalty for violation thereof. History: Amended 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 74, Art. IV, sec. 20(1). -- Created 1964 Ky. Acts ch. 158, sec. 14.
