131.191 Prohibition against employment of prisoners in jobs with access to taxpayer information. The Department of Revenue shall not enter into any contract with the Department of Corrections, the United States Government, any local government, or any private contractor operating a correctional institution on behalf of the Department of Corrections, the United States Government, or any local government for the use or employment of prisoners in any capacity that allows prisoners access to taxpayer information, including, but not limited to, tax returns, informational reporting returns, social security numbers, telephone numbers, or addresses.
