118A.040 Circuit Judges. (1) (2) (3) Circuit Judges shall be elected from the judicial circuits established in KRS Chapter 23A. In judicial circuits having two (2) or more judges there shall be, for election purposes, numbered divisions corresponding to the number of Circuit Judges in the circuit. Each judge shall be elected at large from the entire circuit. Each numbered division of a circuit shall be voted upon and shall be tallied separately.
